Mother's Day is right around the corner and one of my favorite things to do is take my mom out to brunch. Hello, bottomless mimosas! Since my mom had surgery a few months back and is still medicated and has to be hooked up to a backpack 12 hours a day to receive nutrition through a PICC line, she's not allowed to drink.
